چکیده

Following the basic prescriptions of the relativistic Tsallis’ non-extensive thermostatistics, we investigate from a phenomenological point of view the relevance of non-extensive statistical effects on relativistic heavy-ion collisions observable, such as rapidity spectra of net proton production, transverse momentum distributions and transverse momentum fluctuations. Moreover, we study the nuclear and the subnuclear equation of state, investigating the critical densities of a phase transition to a hadron-quarkgluon mixed phase by requiring the Gibbs conditions on the global conservation of the electric and the baryon charges. The relevance of small deviations from the standard extensive statistics is studied in the context of intermediate and high energy heavy-ion collisions. Systematic Analysis of the Non-Extensive Statistical Approach in High Energy Particle Collisions - Experiment vs. Theory

The analysis of high-energy particle collisions is an excellent testbed for the non-extensive statistical approach. In these reactions we are far from the thermodynamical limit. In small colliding systems, such as electron-positron or nuclear collisions, the number of particles is several orders of magnitude smaller than the Avogadro number; therefore, finite-size and fluctuation effects strong...

Non-extensive statistical mechanics and particle spectra in elementary interactions

We generalize Hagedorn’s statistical theory of momentum spectra of particles produced in high-energy collisions using Tsallis’ formalism of non-extensive statistical mechanics. Suitable non-extensive grand canonical partition functions are introduced for both fermions and bosons. Average occupation numbers and moments of transverse momenta are evaluated in an analytic way. We analyse the energy...

Non–conventional Statistical Effects in Relativistic Heavy-ions Collisions

We show that non–conventional statistical effects (due to the presence of long range forces, memory effects, correlations and fluctuations) can be very relevant in the interpretation of the experimental observables in relativistic heavy-ions collisions. Transverse mass spectrum, transverse momentum fluctuations and rapidity spectra are analysed in the framework of the non-extensive statistical ...
